Our staff has typical work hours Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm CST. In most cases you can expect to receive your Site (if it is a new account) or your invoice (if you have existing hosting) the same day that you submit your request form.

We will always attempt to respond to your request within the first 24 hours and not later than 72 hours after you submit a request form.

If 72 hours has passed and you have not received your invoice, please take the following steps.

1. Check to be sure that you have added WPinstallations.com to your address book so as to prevent your invoice from going into a spam or trash folder.

2. Send us an email via Contact Us letting us know that you had sent a request form that had apparently not been received.

3. Send us another request WP installation form and check the box stating that that you have already sent a request form for this web address.

Normally, you can expect to receive your site within 2 business days after we receive your payment. If we anticipate your site to take longer, expect us to contact you. On these rare occasions we may need to contact you for more information. Coordination and installation completion may take longer than the the 2 business days.

If 3 business days have passed and you have not received your completed installation and have not been contacted with us please contect with Kerry on SKYPE (please add contact KerryCarron) on the next business day. It is likely that we have been trying to contact you and have not yet been successful as well.
